TCAPS Student Devices - Chromebooks
Every K-12 TCAPS student has been assigned the following:

We recommend keeping these in a safe location. Your child will need them for Virtual Learning, as well as for learning at school.

Working in Chrome
In our district, we do most of our work online. The Chromebook allows your child to access the Internet, but they can access most TCAPS resources on any internet-connected device.
If students are NOT using a TCAPS issued Chromebook, they will need to sign in to the Chrome web browser. We also recommend that students sign out of the Chrome browser before other family members use the device.

TCAPS IMPORTANT SITES
Students should always start by going to the TCAPS Cloud. This is their student portal, and contains all the TCAPS sites they need to access, including the following:

- Google Meet (This is where students will have LIVE meetings with their teacher.)
- Brightspace (This is your students online classroom. K-2 students will start at Brightspace, but will do their work in Seesaw.)
- Google Drive (This is where students will store, share, and access their files and folders)
